At The Wright Life Coaching Company, my mission is to empower individuals to lead more purposeful, satisfying, and balanced lives.

I believe that with the right guidance and support, anyone can overcome challenges and achieve their priority goals in life.

How I work

I prefer a very collaborative process with you where my role is really centered on providing guidance and partnering with you to identify and implement strategies that support and lead you to achieve your goals. 

Together we will find solutions to the challenges you face in your daily life. My approach is very straightforward. I commonly follow a process that includes these steps:

  • Help you first create or define a future state in the areas that you wish to focus a on.
  • Uncover what has kept you from realizing that future version of you and why.
  • Define SMART goals(Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time based) that will charter the path to achieving that future state.
  • Establish progressive action steps along the way.
  • Measure/assess and capitalize on progress throughout our work together.
  • Learn throughout the process how to create sustainability and accountability.
  • Create the support you need/want in achieving your vision for yourself.
